What Supplies Should You Buy with Your New Embroidery Machine?

FUJA |

Use the confirmed machine packing list before buying supplies. Then plan a small set for your first real projects. A large starter pack may be useful, but only if its items fit your machine and the work you intend to sell.

Check what comes in the box

Ask FUJA for the exact included tools, hoops, cap equipment and starter supplies for your selected order. Do not use the display photos as a packing list.

Mark each item as included, separately needed or not needed yet. This helps avoid buying duplicate hoops or supplies that cannot be used on the model.

Build around your first projects

For your first shirt or uniform logo, list thread colors, suitable backing, bobbins and the confirmed needle type. For caps, check the cap equipment and appropriate backing.

Keep the list tied to a tested sample. Do not buy large quantities of every color or needle size before you know which ones your orders use.

Compare pack value properly

For thread, check material, length per spool, color list and spool count. FUJA offers several thread lengths, so the title of one pack does not define every option.

For backing, compare width or sheet size, weight and quantity. For hoops, check machine fit and included brackets. Price alone cannot make two different packs equivalent.

Plan files and practice items

A machine also needs suitable embroidery files and practice material. Confirm which software or file services are included and which are separate. Do not assume every machine comes with paid digitizing software.

Keep enough blank items for setup practice and sample approval. These costs belong in the starting budget even when they are not sold by the machine supplier.

Confirm the separate delivery rules

Supplies do not automatically qualify for the free US shipping offered on selected machines. Check stock and delivery options for the actual supply order. If no delivery option is available, contact FUJA before paying.

Questions Before You Buy

Should I buy a second full starter kit?

Compare it with your confirmed packing list first. Buy only the extra items and quantities your early projects need.

Does every FUJA thread pack have the same spool length?

No. FUJA has several specifications. Check the exact selected pack and the length stated for each spool.
