All embroidery machines sold by FUJA are rigorously tested and qualified products that meet product technical specifications, testing, and factory conditions.
If your machine experiences a quality issue that cannot be repaired during the warranty period, we promise to provide a swift return or exchange process to ensure that the user does not suffer any financial loss.
Warranty Terms
Complete Machine Warranty
Complete machine warranty period: The entire machine is covered by a one-year free warranty from the date of receipt.
Scope of application: During the warranty period, if technical inspection confirms that the machine malfunction is caused by a defective component, our company will replace the defective component free of charge. Such components include but are not limited to the hook, shears, needle bar, drive block, presser foot, and various electronic components within the control system. Accessory Warranty
The functional accessories that come with the product (such as the garment embroidery frame, garment arms, cap rings, cap bases, and flat embroidery frames) are covered by a one-year warranty. If any accessory has a quality defect caused by non-human factors during the warranty period, we will provide a replacement.
Embroidery Consumables Warranty
Supplied embroidery consumables (such as thread and fabric) are not covered by the warranty because they are consumables and are subject to complex usage.
Lifetime Free After-Sales Service
All customers who purchase our products enjoy free lifetime after-sales service, ensuring continuous technical support and guidance throughout their lifetime.
Warranty Methods
Parts Replacement Service:
If the warranty condition is met, we will ship the required parts to any country worldwide free of charge (usually within 3-7 days, with a maximum delivery time of 10 days).
Online Tutorial:
Provides one-on-one professional online guidance, allowing even inexperienced users to successfully replace parts and quickly restore the machine to normal operation. (Online service is preferred to save on-site service time and costs).
On-site Service (Charged):
On-site service is available within the local engineer's service area. Prices vary by distance, as detailed in the attached table. Advance reservations are required. On-site service is not currently available in unserved areas.

Used Machine Warranty Information
Warranty Terms: Customers who resell or purchase used machines also enjoy free lifetime after-sales service. However, the free warranty period for replacement parts is one year from the machine's factory date.
We offer spare parts selection and expedited shipping for our full range of machine models.
We continue to provide free online repair guidance to ensure users can successfully troubleshoot and repair problems.
Customer Responsibilities
To protect the rights and interests of both parties and improve service quality, customers must fulfill the following obligations:
New User Training:
Customers with no embroidery machine experience should schedule a training session immediately after receiving the machine and join the technical after-sales support group for professional guidance.
Abnormal Feedback:
Any abnormalities or questions encountered during machine operation must be promptly reported to the service team to avoid damage caused by misoperation.
Value-Added Services:
If you require additional information on embroidery materials, pattern-making software, or embroidery business operations, we will provide additional support to help you grow your business.
Cooperation Obligations:
While receiving free online guidance, you must cooperate with the engineer during the operation inspection. If you are unable to complete the service due to personal reasons, you can choose a paid in-home service or seek assistance from family or friends.
Regular Return and Exchange Policy:
When using the return and exchange service, please ensure that the machine is clean and has all the necessary accessories to avoid secondary damage during transportation.
Maintenance:
The machine must be kept dry and clean, away from extreme conditions, and regularly maintained to extend its life.
Legal and Liability Disclaimer
FUJA reserves the right to pursue legal action and permanently revoke the purchase eligibility of any user who attempts to fraudulently obtain a refund.
This limited warranty will be void if the device is tampered with or modified without the express prior approval of a FUJA representative, or if the serial number is altered or removed. This limited warranty does not apply to software.
FUJA's liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective part or the entire product. In no event shall FUJA's liability exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Any claims against FUJA must be brought in the court system of Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China. This limited warranty is exclusive. All other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby excluded. Any implied warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law are limited in duration to the duration of the warranty. In no event shall FUJA be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits), even if FUJA has been expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. Purchasers may also have other rights in their respective jurisdictions. Any form of private charging or maintenance of special relationships is prohibited, and once discovered, the relevant responsible persons will be dealt with seriously.
