Effective date: January 1, 2026

This Limited Warranty explains the standard limited warranty for FUJA embroidery machines and eligible functional accessories sold through fujaembroidery.com. Coverage is subject to the terms below and any product-specific warranty shown on the applicable product page or written order confirmation.

1. Warrantor and eligible customer

The warrantor is Shenzhen FUJA Machinery CO., Ltd. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and the original product, unless transfer is approved in writing or required by law. Proof of purchase, model and serial number are required.

2. Warranty period

Unless a product page or written contract states a different period, the limited warranty is one year from delivery for the embroidery machine and one year for included functional accessories.

· Replacement parts do not restart the full warranty period; they are covered for the remainder of the original period or any minimum period required by law.

· Demonstration, used, refurbished or clearance equipment must display its specific coverage before purchase.

3. What is covered

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use and are verified through FUJA’s diagnostic process. FUJA may repair the product, provide a replacement part, authorize a qualified repair, replace the product, or provide another remedy required by law.

4. What is not covered

The warranty does not cover consumables, normal wear, routine adjustment, maintenance, cosmetic change that does not affect function, or damage caused by misuse or external conditions.

· Needles, bobbins, bobbin cases subject to wear, hooks, belts, bulbs, fuses, thread, stabilizer, lubricants, cutting blades and other consumables.

· Incorrect voltage, unstable power, improper grounding, surge, fire, water, excessive dust, corrosion, temperature or humidity outside the manual.

· Collision, broken needle damage, improper hooping, incorrect lubrication, skipped maintenance, unsuitable thread/material, overload or continued use after a warning.

· Unauthorized modification, repair, software, parts or accessories; altered or removed serial number.

· Shipping damage not reported under the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

· Commercial loss, lost production, lost files, lost profit or third-party service unless applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Warranty service process

Contact fuja11@fujacn.com with the order number, serial number, photos/video and a description of the issue. FUJA may require remote video diagnosis and reasonable troubleshooting before shipping parts or authorizing repair.

· Do not disassemble high-risk components unless instructed by FUJA.

· Back up embroidery files and settings when possible; service may require reset or component replacement.

· Return only the part or product authorized in writing and use the stated address and packaging.

6. Parts, labor, travel and shipping

Covered replacement parts and remote technical guidance will be provided without a parts charge during the warranty period. FUJA pays standard shipping charges for replacement parts approved under this Limited Warranty.

On-site labor, technician travel, accommodation, customs, lift equipment, machine removal/reinstallation and expedited shipping are not included unless expressly agreed in writing. If paid on-site service is available, FUJA will provide the applicable quote before dispatch.

7. Customer responsibilities

The customer must install, operate, clean and maintain the product according to the manual; provide safe access and qualified personnel; retain proof of purchase and serial number; and cooperate with diagnosis. Failure to take reasonable steps to prevent further damage may affect coverage for the additional damage.

8. Limitation and mandatory law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty is the exclusive written limited warranty for the covered product. Any implied warranty that cannot be disclaimed is limited only as permitted by law. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations may not apply.
