Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to purchases made through fujaembroidery.com (the “Site”). FUJA products may be fulfilled from a warehouse in the United States or China, depending on stock availability, destination, product configuration, and the shipping method shown or confirmed for the order.
1. Seller, payment collection and fulfillment
The seller of record is Shenzhen FUJA Machinery CO., Ltd, located at Zongtai E-commerce Science and Innovation Park, Songbai Road, Shiyan Subdistrict, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China (中国广东省深圳市宝安区石岩街道松白路宗泰电商科创园) (“FUJA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). ProStitch Machinery & Parts Inc, located at 1500 N GRANT ST STE R, DENVER, CO 80203, United States, may receive payment as FUJA’s payment-collection entity or agent. A payment descriptor or warehouse address does not, by itself, change the identity of the seller.
Orders may ship from our U.S. warehouse or China warehouse. The order confirmation or shipping notice will identify the applicable fulfillment location when available.
2. Order processing and availability
Orders are subject to payment verification, fraud screening, product availability, export controls, and final order acceptance. Processing time begins after payment is cleared and all configuration, address, delivery-access and customer-confirmation requirements are complete.
· U.S.-warehouse processing target: within 3 business days.
· China-warehouse processing target: within 3 business days.
· Customized, backordered, pre-order or multi-head machines may require a separate written production and shipping schedule.
· Estimated dates are not guarantees unless FUJA expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed service.
3. Shipping methods, transit times and charges
Available methods and charges depend on product size, weight, destination, access conditions and carrier capacity. Accessories may ship by parcel service. Embroidery machines may ship by freight, curbside delivery, terminal pickup, door-to-door service or another method stated in the order confirmation.
China-warehouse transit target: approximately 45 calendar days after dispatch. U.S.-warehouse transit time will be calculated or quoted after the destination and service level are confirmed.
· Shipping charges shown at checkout or on a written quotation apply only to the scope stated.
· Inside delivery, lift-gate service, residential surcharge, remote-area surcharge, appointment delivery, redelivery, storage and installation are not included unless expressly listed.
· The customer must provide a complete deliverable address, working telephone number and accurate information about stairs, elevators, loading docks, gates and site access.
4. Taxes, duties and customs
Sales tax, import duty, customs brokerage and other government charges will be handled as stated at checkout or in the written quotation. If an order is not expressly quoted as duties-paid, the customer is responsible for import clearance and applicable taxes, duties, brokerage and local charges.
The customer must provide reasonable cooperation and accurate documentation required for customs clearance. Delays caused by customs, government inspection or missing customer information are outside FUJA’s direct control.
5. Freight delivery and receiving inspection
An adult authorized to inspect and accept the shipment must be present. Before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt, inspect the crate, pallet, cartons, shock/tilt indicators and visible product condition.
· Photograph all sides of the shipment before opening.
· Record punctures, crushing, water exposure, broken bands, missing cartons or other visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
· If damage is severe, contact FUJA at fuja11@fujacn.com while the carrier is present when reasonably possible.
· Keep the crate, pallet, protective materials, labels and all accessories until the shipment is confirmed complete and operational.
· Report visible shipping damage within 48 hours after delivery and concealed damage within the carrier’s permitted claim period, with photos, video, serial number and delivery documents.
6. Delivery attempts, refusal and storage
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, cannot accommodate the shipment, refuses a conforming shipment, or does not complete customs or appointment requirements, the customer is responsible for resulting redelivery, storage, return freight, customs and handling charges to the extent permitted by law.
Risk of loss transfers as required by applicable law and the agreed shipping term. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Delays, split shipments and force majeure
We may split an order when doing so is reasonable. We will communicate material known delays. FUJA is not liable for delay caused by severe weather, carrier disruption, port congestion, customs, labor action, government measures, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, natural disaster, supplier interruption or another event beyond reasonable control, except as required by law.
