Ask what happens when you need help. Warranty length alone does not explain parts, labor, freight or technician visits. Compare the current written terms for your exact machine and location.
Ask who pays each cost
- Replacement parts during warranty.
- New part shipping and any failed part return shipping.
- Duties and import charges for parts.
- Remote guidance after warranty.
- Onsite repair, travel and third party labor.
Read FUJA’s confirmed coverage
FUJA’s machine warranty lasts one year from delivery. Cap hoops, embroidery hoops and cap drivers supplied with the machine are covered for that period, including normal wear and manufacturing defects.
For approved warranty parts, FUJA pays replacement shipping, any required failed part return shipping and related customs duties and import taxes. These terms apply to machines shipped from the US and China.
Replacement parts are new and keep the original machine’s remaining warranty. Remote technical guidance is available for the life of the machine. The support team handles messages 24/7.
Separate remote help and paid visits
Contact FUJA to arrange a technician visit and confirm the appointment and cost. The buyer pays for the visit. If you hire a third party repairer, you may choose whether to tell FUJA, and you pay all their fees.
Keep the model, order number, serial number and clear photos or video ready when asking for help. A reply is different from a completed diagnosis or repair.
Compare competitor terms fairly
Smartstitch’s S 1001 page describes online training and a one year limited warranty. BAI publishes an after sales policy with its own conditions. Read the full policy as well as the product page.
Do not apply another brand’s warranty or local parts promise to FUJA. Get the exact terms for each offer. Conditions can differ by market, product and package.
Confirm training and equipment
Ask what setup guidance and training apply to your model. Check included hoops, cap equipment, tools and software. A support headline is not a complete packing list.
Read FUJA’s return and warranty policy alongside the shipping policy. Keep the written order details so you can find the agreed terms later.
Questions Before You Buy
Does lifetime remote support mean free parts forever?
No. Remote guidance continues. Replacement parts follow the applicable warranty terms.
Will FUJA pay a repair company I hire myself?
No. You pay all third party repair fees, whether or not you tell FUJA beforehand.
