Card payments on fujaembroidery.com are processed through Shopify Payments by SmartLink Global Technology Co., Limited, Hong Kong, a company in the FUJA group. Your card statement will show "SP FUJA Embroidery". If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before disputing it and we will identify the order for you.

Returns
Do not ship anything back before you have a return authorisation from us. Contact us first and we will confirm whether the item is eligible under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy and issue a return authorisation number. Parcels sent to the warehouse without a return authorisation cannot be accepted or refunded.
