Check your options before paying
Add the correct product and version to your cart. Enter your delivery address, then review the payment methods offered. Some wallet options depend on your device, browser and account.
Check the order currency and total before you approve payment. Include the delivery service and any charges shown for your order. Keep your billing details consistent with the records held by your payment provider.
If your preferred method is missing
Do not choose an unrelated payment method just to finish checkout. Ask FUJA whether another option is available for your order. Include the product, delivery location and method you want to use. Do not send your full card number, card security code or account password.
Do not assume that financing, installments or a bank transfer is available unless it is offered for your order and its terms are confirmed.
After payment
Keep your order confirmation and payment record. A payment record alone does not show whether your order has shipped. Follow the order updates for dispatch and delivery information.
If the payment result is unclear, check your order email and payment account before trying again. Contact FUJA if you see a charge but cannot find the order.
