The timing depends on why the refund is due and which policy terms apply. A return request, an approved return and an issued refund are different stages.
For an authorised return
FUJA inspects the goods after they arrive. Missing items, use beyond reasonable inspection, poor packing or customer damage may affect the amount under the policy.
For approved refunds following inspection, the normal issue time is 5 to 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need more time to show the money in your account.
Where the refund goes
Approved refunds normally go to the original payment method. FUJA does not change the refund method without identity and fraud checks.
If the original account or card has changed, tell FUJA and ask your payment provider how refunds to the original method are handled. Do not send new payment details to an unverified contact.
Cancellation and consumer withdrawal
Cancellation refunds depend on the order stage and any costs allowed by the policy. Do not assume that the return inspection timing applies to every cancellation.
Separate terms apply to eligible EU and UK consumer withdrawals. The policy provides a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that they have been sent, whichever is earlier. Read that section for delivery costs, return costs and any permitted loss in value.
Ask for an update
Send your order number, return authorisation number if issued, and the return tracking or refund confirmation. Explain whether you are waiting for inspection, approval or the bank entry.
See the Return and Refund Policy and use Contact Us. Bank delays and returns awaiting review need different checks.
