Delivery charges depend on the product, shipping origin and services agreed for the order. The current machine offers have different terms from supplies and accessories.
Eligible machines from US stock
The two eligible US warehouse machines have free standard shipping within the lower 48 states. Remote addresses may not be served.
Residential delivery, a liftgate, delivery inside the building and delivery upstairs cost extra for these orders. Confirm the service and charge with FUJA before payment.
Machines shipped from China
For available machines shipped from China to the lower 48 states, the listed machine price includes DDP delivery to your door. This covers shipping, customs clearance, duties and import taxes. You do not pay those included charges again on delivery.
Standard delivery does not include moving the machine inside, upstairs, unpacking, assembly or packaging removal. Ask FUJA for written terms if you need extra services.
Supplies and paid software
Supplies and accessories use the delivery options and charges shown at checkout when available. The free machine shipping offer does not apply to these items.
The current Shipping Policy lists US$100 shipping for paid software with physical delivery to the lower 48 states. This covers delivery to your door with no extra import duties or taxes due on arrival. Check the product price and delivery charge for your order before paying.
Before you pay
Review the checkout total and any separate delivery agreement. If the amount or included service is unclear, ask before completing payment. Do not assume an extra service is included because standard shipping is free or included.
