FUJA machines travel in crates on pallets. Plan the unloading and movement before dispatch rather than waiting until the truck arrives.
Confirm the delivery service
Standard machine delivery is to your door or loading dock. It does not include moving the machine inside, upstairs, unpacking, assembly or removal of packaging.
Tell FUJA before payment if the address is residential, if you need a liftgate, or if you need delivery inside or upstairs. Extra services must be confirmed for the order. US warehouse orders have extra charges for these services.
Check the site and unloading equipment
Tell FUJA whether the delivery point has a loading dock or forklift. A crated machine cannot be unloaded or moved by hand.
Ask for the crate dimensions and weight for your exact model. Check doorways, gates, lifts, the route to the work area and the equipment needed to move the load safely.
Arrange the appointment
After dispatch, use the freight booking reference and carrier contact details to arrange delivery. Give a working phone number and make sure someone can receive and sign for the goods.
If the site cannot receive the shipment as agreed, the carrier may charge for redelivery, storage or extra services. The Shipping Policy passes those costs on at cost.
Be ready to inspect
Have a phone or camera ready. Check the crate and pallet before signing, record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, and keep the packaging after delivery.
For pickup, contact FUJA before travelling to confirm the warehouse, timing, crate and loading arrangements. Read the Shipping Policy or use Contact Us to check access needs.
