You can order available products through the FUJA store. Check the product version and delivery details before completing payment, especially when buying a machine.
Choose the right product
Open the product page and select the version you want. Check the needle count, embroidery area, included equipment and stock status. For accessories, confirm the size and machine fit.
If you are unsure about a feature or part, ask before buying. Do not use the product image alone to decide which version is included.
Check delivery before checkout
Machine and paid software orders with physical delivery are currently available only within the lower 48 states. For supplies and accessories, use the delivery options shown at checkout when available.
For a machine, confirm whether you need residential delivery, a liftgate or other extra services. Standard delivery does not include moving the machine inside, upstairs or into its working position.
Review and pay
Add your chosen items to the cart and check the quantities. Enter an email address you can access, a complete delivery address and a working phone number.
Review the final total, delivery service and payment option. Apply any eligible discount before paying. If checkout cannot offer delivery to your address, contact FUJA rather than entering a different address to continue.
Keep your confirmation
Save the order number and confirmation email. Check the product and address details. If anything is wrong, contact FUJA promptly so we can review the order stage.
