Before buying your first 10 needle machine, check what you will embroider and what you need to start. FJ 1001 is one of FUJA’s US warehouse machines. Its needle count alone does not tell you whether your items, files and workspace are ready.
Check your project before your machine
Pick one real first order. Send FUJA the item type, logo size and number of colors. If it is a cap, include photos of the cap shape and where the logo will sit. Ask which attachment and sewing area apply to that item.
Count the colors you use often. More than ten colors does not automatically make a design impossible, but it can require thread changes. Ask to see how this would work for your file.
Get a written package list
Ask what comes with the exact order. Check the stand, flat hoops, cap driver, cap hoop, tools and starter supplies. Do not treat a photo of several accessories as a packing list.
Confirm which software or file service is included and which is separate. A logo image and an embroidery file are different things. Ask who will prepare your first file and how you will send it to the machine.
Plan your first training session
Ask for setup guidance covering threading, bobbins, hooping, loading files and stopping the machine safely. FUJA offers an online demo by video meeting before purchase. Tell the team what you need to see.
Remote technical guidance continues for the life of the machine. The support team handles messages 24/7. Parts remain subject to the warranty period and terms; lifetime guidance does not mean lifetime free parts.
Prepare for delivery
Measure the entry route and workspace. Ask for the crate size and weight before arranging unloading. Verify the electrical requirements for your exact machine rather than using another model’s instructions.
For an in stock US warehouse machine, dispatch usually takes 1 to 3 days. Estimated arrival takes 5 to 8 days in total, including dispatch. Before you pay, ask us to confirm delivery to your address and any extra fees for the service you need. Preorder dates are not fixed.
Questions Before You Buy
Can I start with just a logo picture?
A picture helps explain the design. Ask whether it must be digitized into an embroidery file, who will do that work and whether there is a separate cost.
Can I collect FJ 1001 myself?
Yes, pickup can be arranged at the LA or NJ warehouse. Contact FUJA first to confirm stock, location, pickup time and loading arrangements.
