Solutions for Industrial Factories
Built for Repeat Production
Four to twelve heads for garment and logo contracts with project delivery from sampling to acceptance
The same logo runs every week and delivery dates do not move
Head Count Guide
How Many Heads Does Your Volume Need
Match head count to the batches you already run. The crew figures below are planning examples. Time your own sample runs before setting output or staffing targets.
| Heads | Batch Scale | Typical Orders | Crew | Machine Weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4 heads | Pilot lines and growing factories | Uniform batches and repeat logos | 1 operator plus hooping help | 1050 kg |
| 6 heads | Steady daily contracts | Teamwear and corporate programs | 1 to 2 operators | 1300 kg |
| 8 heads | High volume repeat work | Large uniform and promo contracts | 2 operators | 1600 kg |
| 12 heads | Mass production | Factory scale repeated designs | 2 to 3 operators | 2500 kg |
Footprint grows with head count. Your quote confirms the exact machine dimensions and the access route before production starts
Capacity Planning
Estimate Output Before You Commit
Three checks turn a guess into a plan. Run all three with your own designs before you fix a head count
The Formula
Estimated output equals complete runs per shift times active heads. Minutes per run include stitching, loading, unloading and stops. Divide stitch count by running speed to estimate stitching time.
The Real Bottleneck
Hooping and loading set the pace on most lines. A faster machine behind a slow loading station produces the same output with more idle time
Sample First
Run your actual design as a sample order and time the full cycle from hooping to unloading. One timed sample is worth more than any catalogue estimate
Example Run 200 Uniform Logos
At an assumed average of 1000 SPM, an 8000 stitch logo needs about 8 minutes of stitching per run. With 8 active heads, 200 pieces need 25 runs. Add loading, unloading and stops to plan the full batch time. This is an example, not a promised output.
Site Checklist
Check the Site Before the Machine Ships
Four checks your facility team can confirm this week. Every one of them is cheaper to fix before the crate leaves
Floor Space
- Machine footprint plus working roomSpace to load unload and move garments on every side
- Exact dimensions in your quoteConfirmed for your model before production starts
Access Route
- Door width and the full pathFrom the street to the final floor position
- Weight on the routeHQ machines run from 1050 kg to 2500 kg
Power

The HQ Range
Four Sizes One Production Standard
Every HQ model runs 12 or 15 needles per head and a 400 by 450 field per head. The difference is head count and the volume it carries

Spares and Downtime
Plan Spares Before You Need Them
Factories judge a supplier by the bad day not the good one. This is the downtime plan behind every HQ machine

FAQ
Questions Factory Buyers Ask
Planning a line or replacing one. Message the team and get a reply within 6 hours
Divide the stitch count by the running speed to estimate minutes of stitching per run. Add loading, unloading and expected stops. Divide the available shift minutes by that total, then multiply complete runs by the active head count. Check the estimate with a timed sample using your own design.
Daily lint cleaning scheduled oiling and regular needle changes following the manual for your model. Multi head machines multiply the routine by the head count so most factories assign the routine to one named operator per shift
Plan for wear parts your crew is trained to replace, such as needles and bobbin cases. Ask us to confirm the correct parts, availability and delivery options for your model before ordering.
For available machines shipped from China to the lower 48 states, the listed machine price includes shipping, customs clearance, duties and import taxes. Standard delivery is to your door or loading dock. Moving it inside, upstairs or other extra services must be confirmed before ordering.
Check the crate condition and count the contents against the packing list before you sign where possible. Photograph any damage and report defects or shipping damage to us right away
Ask our team about a video call or sample demonstration for the model you are considering. Send the model name and your design so we can confirm what is available.
