Privacy Notice for the FUJA Amazon Internal Connector

Policy effective date: October 1, 2026

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. About this notice

This notice explains how Shenzhen FUJA Machinery CO., Ltd (“FUJA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information through the FUJA Amazon Internal Connector (the “Application”). The Application is used for our own Amazon business accounts. It is not a public service for other sellers.

The policy effective date refers to our internal policy. It does not state when this webpage was first published.

This notice covers the Application. It does not replace any separate privacy notice for shopping, checkout, website visits, or other services on this website.

2. Account access and information

Amazon Selling Partner API inventory and listing access is currently enabled. Amazon Ads authorization is being prepared and is not yet enabled in the Application.

Access is limited by the account owner's authorization, Amazon's permissions, and the functions enabled in the Application. Depending on those functions, information may include product identifiers and listings, inventory and shipment details, order amounts and fulfillment information, sales and traffic metrics, fees and settlements, promotions, and advertising settings and performance metrics.

A function that has been developed is not necessarily enabled or connected to account data.

The Application uses application identifiers and access credentials to connect to Amazon. Users sign in and confirm authorization through Amazon's own pages. We do not ask users to send Amazon passwords or verification codes through chat, this webpage, or ordinary email.

The current operational analysis does not intentionally collect buyer names, delivery addresses, buyer message text, identity documents, tax identification details, or bank account details.

Manually supplied material must be reviewed and redacted before it is used. Automated checks do not guarantee that every sensitive item will be detected.

3. How information is used

Information is used to review FUJA's business performance, monitor inventory and costs, understand sales and advertising results, check data quality, and support internal decisions.

This Application is not designed to sell account data or provide it to other sellers for their marketing.

The current operating mode is read only. Connecting an account does not by itself authorize changes to listings, prices, inventory, promotions, or advertising.

Any future change to this mode requires separate approval and appropriate changes to the controls and this notice.

4. Storage and security

The connector runs on a FUJA controlled Windows computer. Its local credential store uses encryption tied to the authorized Windows user. The credential and application state directories use restricted file access.

These controls protect the local credential store. They do not mean that every saved file, conversation, or provider system uses the same protection.

Connections to the configured Amazon authorization and API endpoints use HTTPS.

The current report and manual import modules process source data without automatically saving raw report files through those modules. Local application state can retain operation and job records. Summaries, exported files, and information supplied to analysis services may be retained separately.

Private credentials and business records are not published on this webpage. This page is a privacy notice, not an authorization callback, and does not receive Amazon authorization codes or tokens.

No security measure eliminates every risk.

5. Service providers and data transfers

Amazon provides the account authorization and API services from which authorized information is obtained. Amazon's own terms and privacy notices apply to its services.

OpenAI provides Codex and related analysis services used in the workflow. Selected business information supplied to these services is processed outside the local connector. Its handling depends on the service, account plan, workspace settings, applicable terms, and enabled controls.

This notice does not promise zero retention, processing only on the local computer, a particular processing country, or exclusion from model training for every configuration.

Shopify hosts the public webpage and provides the website platform. Hosting this notice does not make Shopify the storage location for the Application's Amazon access credentials or private report files.

Website visits may be handled by Shopify and other services configured for the store, separately from the connector.

Provider processing may take place outside the country of the company or account owner. The applicable services and their terms determine the relevant processing and storage arrangements.

Information supplied to external analysis services must remain within the permissions and contractual restrictions that apply to that information. Disclosure in this notice does not make an otherwise unauthorized transfer permissible.

6. Retention and deletion

Retention differs by data type and storage location.

Raw source data processed without persistence by the current reader and import modules is not automatically archived as raw report files by those modules. Copies placed in conversations, exports, or other files have a separate lifecycle.

Local credentials and saved operation records can remain until an authorized user removes or replaces them. The connector does not currently apply one fixed automatic deletion period to all saved records. Removal of local records requires authorized action.

Retention must be assessed against the purpose of the record and applicable legal and Amazon contractual requirements. The absence of an automatic timer is not permission to keep records indefinitely.

Information supplied to analysis or hosting services follows the applicable service terms and account controls. Deleting a local file does not necessarily delete a provider's copy.

Revoking Amazon authorization stops future access through that authorization, but does not automatically delete previously retained records, exported files, or conversations.

Requests about retained information can be sent to the contact below. Any deletion must address the relevant storage locations and applicable obligations. This notice does not promise immediate removal from every system or backup.

7. Requests and account control

An authorized account owner may request information about the Application's access, correction of inaccurate records, suspension of access, or deletion of retained information where applicable.

We may need to confirm that the requester is authorized before acting.

For privacy and access requests, contact Sales01@fujacn.com.

Do not send passwords, tokens, bank details, or identity documents by ordinary email.

Amazon's account controls govern the authorization granted through Amazon. This webpage does not grant additional access and is not a substitute for those controls.

8. Updates

We will revise this notice when relevant data practices change. The last updated date identifies this revision.

Changes to the notice do not by themselves enable new data access, change application security settings, or authorize a new use of information.
