Apply the code before payment
Add the eligible items to your cart and enter the code in the discount field when it is offered at checkout. Check that the total changes as expected before you pay.
If the promotion applies automatically, review the order total to confirm the saving. Do not assume that every item or delivery charge is included.
If the code does not work
Check the spelling and remove any spaces copied with the code. Then check the offer terms for product limits, dates, minimum spending or customer conditions, if stated.
Do not assume that multiple offers can be combined. The promotion terms and checkout result determine which discounts can apply to the order.
If the terms appear to match but the discount is missing, contact FUJA before paying. Send the code, product and version, the offer link or image, and a screenshot of the checkout message.
If you already placed the order
Send FUJA your order number and the promotion details. Ask us to review whether the order qualifies. A discount is not guaranteed to be added after payment.
