Contact FUJA promptly if the goods arrive damaged, do not match the order or show a fault. Keep the packaging and records so the issue can be checked.
Shipping damage
Check the crate and pallet before signing and record visible damage on the delivery paperwork. Under the Shipping Policy, report visible damage within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Open and inspect the machine within 5 calendar days. Report damage hidden inside the crate within 5 calendar days of delivery. Keep the crate, pallet and packaging until the claim is resolved.
A fault during use
Stop using the machine if continued operation could worsen the damage or create a safety risk. Send the order number, model, serial number and a clear description.
Photos or a short video should show the problem, control panel and relevant operation. Do not open or repair parts you are not trained to handle just to provide evidence.
An incorrect or incomplete item
Compare the delivery with the order confirmation. Photograph the product labels, contents and package label. State which item or quantity is wrong or missing. Keep the unused goods until FUJA confirms the next step.
How FUJA reviews the issue
For machine faults, the policy follows remote diagnosis, corrective guidance, replacement parts or authorised repair first. The next step depends on whether that process resolves the problem and the rights that apply to the purchase.
The cancellation restocking fee does not apply to damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect shipments. Do not return goods without approval and the authorised address.
