Your order confirmation helps you keep track of what you bought. Save it with your payment record and any written delivery arrangements.
Check the order details
Look for the order number, product version, quantity and contact details. Review the delivery address and any charges listed for your purchase.
For a machine, also keep written confirmation of extra delivery services and the equipment included with your order. If anything differs from what you agreed, contact FUJA promptly.
Use the order status link
When your confirmation includes an order status link, use it to check the order progress. Keep that link private because it relates to your purchase.
An order confirmation does not mean the goods have shipped. Dispatch and tracking information are separate updates. Machine orders from China have a preparation period under the current Shipping Policy.
If you need a receipt or invoice
Contact FUJA with your order number and explain which document you need. We will confirm which purchase document can be provided for your order.
Your order confirmation, payment record and a separate invoice serve different purposes. If you need a specific document for your records, tell us what information it must show.
If no confirmation arrives
Check the email address used at checkout and your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, ask FUJA to check the order before you buy again.
Use Contact Us for document requests. Include your checkout email and approximate order date if you do not have an order number.
