If payment fails or its result is unclear, check the message shown at checkout before trying again. Repeated attempts can make it harder to tell which payments or orders were completed.
When checkout rejects payment
Check the card details, expiry date and billing address. Complete any approval requested by your bank or wallet. Your payment provider may need to explain a declined payment.
If checkout is not working, note the exact error and the time it appeared. You can try a current browser or another available payment method after checking that the first attempt did not create an order or charge.
When payment is pending
Pending does not always mean paid or failed. Check your payment provider and any order status information available. Do not assume that a pending bank entry is a completed payment.
If you are unsure, contact FUJA before placing the same order again. Include the checkout email, amount, payment time and any order or confirmation number.
When you see a charge but no order email
Check spam and search the email account used at checkout. If you still cannot find the order, send FUJA the details above. A screenshot can help, but hide full card numbers, balances and unrelated transactions.
What to send for help
Use our Contact Us page or the email listed there. Include the product, error wording and whether your payment account shows pending or completed. Never send your card security code, banking password or verification code.
FUJA will need to check the payment and order records before confirming the result. Do not treat an error message alone as proof that no charge was made.
