Dispatch is when the order leaves the warehouse or factory. Delivery is when it reaches you. Keep these stages separate when planning your purchase.
Eligible machines in US stock
For the two US warehouse machines when in stock, dispatch usually takes 1 to 3 days. Estimated delivery takes 5 to 8 days in total, including dispatch.
These estimates apply to the eligible product and delivery service. They are not guaranteed dates. Confirm stock and any extra service needs before placing the order.
Machines shipped from China
Available machines from China are dispatched 15 to 20 days after the order is received. Their transit time has not yet been confirmed.
The 15 to 20 days is the period before dispatch. It is not the total time to receive the machine. If you need equipment for a fixed customer deadline, ask FUJA to check the available information before you pay.
Preorders, supplies and software
Contact FUJA before paying for a preorder. Preorder delivery dates are not fixed, so ask for the current stock update.
Paid software with physical delivery is dispatched 1 to 3 days after the order is received. For supplies and accessories, check the delivery options shown at checkout or ask if no option appears.
After dispatch
Tracking is sent by email. Freight shipments also include a booking reference and carrier contact details for the delivery appointment.
Carrier delays, customs checks, weather and other events can affect arrival. Read the Shipping Policy, or send your order number through Contact Us if a shipment needs checking.
