Contact FUJA before returning any item. You need approval, a return authorisation number and the address authorised for your order.
Send the request details
Include the order number, product model, serial number when applicable, delivery date and reason for the request. Explain whether you want help with a fault, a wrong item, an eligible return or an exchange.
For damage or a fault, add clear photos and video. Show the packaging, product, control panel, error message and the operation connected with the issue when relevant.
Wait for the review
FUJA will check the applicable policy and may ask you to follow reasonable remote diagnostic steps. Machine faults do not automatically require returning the whole machine.
The review may lead to guidance, replacement parts or authorised repair before other remedies are considered. Standard accessories and unopened supplies have different return conditions from machines.
Get written return instructions
If the return is approved, keep the authorisation number and instructions. Use only the address given for that order. A warehouse address or the address on the original parcel is not automatically the return destination.
Check the agreed return method, packing standard and who pays the freight before booking it. Do not send a machine by an unsuitable parcel service.
After the return
Keep the shipping receipt and tracking reference. Authorised returns are inspected after arrival. FUJA confirms any exchange or approved refund under the policy and the facts of the return.
