Do not book a return until FUJA has approved it and given you the correct address and packing instructions. A machine needs different transport arrangements from a small accessory.
Keep the original packaging
Retain the machine crate, pallet, accessories, manuals, tools, dongles and promotional items. For a damage claim, keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
If a machine return is authorised, pack it to FUJA's written freight standard. Tell us before packing if the original crate is damaged or missing. Do not improvise an unsafe return load.
Confirm who pays the cost
For eligible standard accessory returns and unopened, unused supply returns for reasons other than quality, the customer pays return shipping. No restocking fee applies to returns under that policy section.
For approved warranty replacement parts, FUJA pays replacement shipping and return shipping for the failed part when a return is required, plus the related duties and import taxes covered by the policy. This is not a promise to pay every whole machine return cost.
Different costs can apply to cancellation after dispatch. Separate rules apply to damage, incorrect shipments and eligible consumer withdrawals in the EU and UK. Confirm which rule applies before booking transport.
Record the return
Photograph the item and completed packaging. Keep the authorisation, carrier receipt and tracking or freight reference. Tell FUJA if the carrier reports a delay or damage.
After arrival
Returns are inspected. Missing parts, unsafe packing or damage caused by the customer can affect the refund under the policy.
