Machine orders and paid software orders with physical delivery are currently available only within the lower 48 states of the United States. They are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or destinations outside the US under the current Shipping Policy.
Machines shipped from US stock
The 10 needle FJ 1001 and the 15 needle compact FJ 1501CS ship from US stock for eligible US orders when available. Check the exact version and stock status before paying.
The 12 and 20 needle compact versions ship from China. Other available machines also ship from China. Shipping origin and delivery area are different: a machine can ship from China while still being sold only for the delivery area above.
Supplies, accessories and software
For supplies and accessories, check the delivery options and charges shown at checkout when available. If no delivery option appears, contact FUJA before paying.
Paid software with physical delivery ships from China and follows the lower 48 states limit. Free designs and software trial files offered as downloads do not require physical shipping.

Some remote addresses may not be served. Before buying a machine, confirm that the carrier can reach your site and provide any extra services you need.
US warehouse pickup is available for the two eligible machines by arrangement. Contact FUJA before travelling to confirm stock, location, collection time and loading arrangements.
Read the Shipping Policy or use Contact Us to check a destination. Do not enter an address you cannot receive goods at simply to pass checkout.
