Listen to the others, contact their support. Its responsive (almost too responsive) and will really help you get past any hurdles.I was able to get stitching in progress within hours after setup. One hang up I think I had was the bobbin thread, watch the video... the clockwise installation into the holder that then goes into the machine seems to matter a lot.Already doing hats.

The FUJA 10 needle machine is an excellent purchase for beginners. It is an excellent product for the money and the company provides excellent and patient services for embroidery beginners.

I have 3 years embroidery experience and I have to say their machine is amazing! I��ve been knocking out orders especially applique orders left and right. Their customer service is top notch and they are always so quick to respond! They even like seeing the things you make with the machine which I like makes it more personal able. I will definitely be ordering my second machine with them. And they send you so much stuff with the machine parts etc. Definitely definitely set their customers up for success!

Such an amazing machine! Helped a friend set up her Fuja 15 needle and seen how amazing it stitched out so I decided to try out this 10 needle and Worth. Every. Penny!Very easy to set up and use (their YouTube setup playlist helped very much). It can use a higher speed on hats that my other machine can��t handle as well, also is a bit quieter. Stitches are very clean and just top of the line!I had one problem with my timing and their customer support (WhatsApp) was fast, reliable and helped me fixed a problem that seemed impossible in minutes. They also have a Facebook group for support and help!I would recommend this machine 100%, even as a starter machine. It brought back enjoyment to my small embroidery business!! Loveeee

Still learning but I love my machine! I had it up and running in one week. I love the price and the embroidery output!! I had a few minor hiccups but thanks to great customer service all turned out well. I recommend this machine, just be patient in learning how to use it. I'm 70 years old and learned how to use it in one week.

Affordable 10 needle embroidery machine came with a very helpful customer care crew since day 1. I haven��t embroidered on it as of yet (1 week since delivery), but the FUJA customer care representative has been in constant contact with me to make sure I know how to use it. Videos were sent to show how to operate. Also recorded daily chats to track progress. Any questions are quickly answered. So far I��m satisfied.

I have has the machine for a couple of months now, and I have no regrets. For the price it was worth it. However, it wasn't easy to understand at first. I do recommend the following when you get this machine:1. Reach out the FUJA's customer serves and let them know what type of machine you have so they can give you all the information needed for this machine.2. Not every thread works well with the machine so keep that in mind3. If you are doing a bold project put speed to 400 or less, that will allow it to take its time and won't take time out of making the embroidery to speed up4. When looking for size, on the machine where you change the hoop it has the size. When creating the embroider design go 5mm less so the machine doesn't say there is an error and it gives you room to move the design around5. Keep an eye of how it hoops because when you hoop products and it isn't aligned right it will take forever to do.Final note, if you hate hooping as much as I do get the magnetic ones.I hope this help and if you need anything reach out.

Love this machine. I've never had an embroidery machine before this and decided to get this one for my business. I couldn't be happier. It took a little while to learn everything, (it's not super easy), but their service is top notch. I have someone that I communicate with on whats app at any hour of the day. They are super responsive and have been able to help me with every issue. They also have lots of videos available on youtube that teach you everything you need to know. So glad I bought it. I may just get another one in the future. It was a great value for the money.

I've wanted a multi-needle for years. The FUJA is beautiful and works hard. The automatic thread trimmer saves me so much time. I'm in love!

I specialize in 3D puff embroidery on hats. This machine handles the thick foam and cap backing really well. You need to dial in the tension, but once it's set, it runs like a dream.

I was hesitant to buy a machine online without seeing it. But the FUJA team answered all my 100 questions before I bought it. After it arrived, they checked in to make sure I got it set up right. Rare service.

Comparisons to other brands don't matter, this machine stands on its own. The stitch definition is excellent. I use it for monogramming mostly and my customers love the results.
